Your trip

Step into the world of coffee from bean to cup

Walk through lush coffee farms, learn traditional processing methods, roast your own beans, and enjoy a freshly brewed cup made by local hands.

Coffee is one of the longest-lived plants when properly cared for. One of the most important requirements for coffee is shade.

In large coffee plantations, we often see it mixed with large tradition trees, but on the slopes of Mount Meru, it is completely different.

Meru coffee farmers plant bananas in the coffee plantation for shade as for same function like trees, but also for food, as bananas can be used as fruit or cooked.

Also, for business, as bananas can be sold to get some money, then banana is non-seasonal crop not like coffee as coffee is for season. Banana helps a lot in the daily needs of the family.
